About Jesse...
Beginning May 1979, at the age of 21, Jesse began his successful Ocean City, New Jersey real estate career, as a full-time agent for "Morrison Realtors" - a local Real Estate Firm which he later purchased.
In 1981, Jesse sold over $3,000,000 in real estate, and was awarded membership into the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle OF Excellence "Bronze Award", The Association's Highest Honors awarded to Outstanding Sales Agents. At that time, he was the youngest state member (age 23) to achieve such honors.
From 1981 through 1991 (missing only 1982), Jesse earned the "Circle of Excellence" Award every year, including the Bronze, Silver, and the prestigious "Gold Award" honoring only Licensees with over $15,000,000.00 in Annual Sold Transactions.
From 1992 through 1999, Jesse was ineligible to receive The Circle of Excellence Award, as such Awards were not available to the Owners of Real Estate Brokerage Firms until Year 2000...which again placed Jesse in the Million Dollar Sales Club for 2000 as well his becoming a recipient of the prestigeous New Jersey Association of Realtors' "Distinguished Honors Club" as a "Lifetime Member"...awarded only to a very small percentage of NJ Licensed Real Estate Agents with ten or more years of outstanding Multi Million Dollar Sales Achievement.
In 2001 and 2002, Jesse again received the NJAR Circle of Excellence "Silver Award" for personal annual sales in excess of Ten Million Dollars. In 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, Jesse personal sales achievements have awarded him with either the NJAR Circle of Excellence Bronze, Silver and "Gold Awards", honoring salespersons with over 5, 10, and 15 Million in annual sold transactions.
At 34, In November 1991, Jesse expanded his highly successful real estate career, and unveiled "Jesse Real Estate, Inc." to the Ocean City community. To help his expansion, in 1992, Jesse acquired "Hobby Horse Realty" a long standing Real Estate Firm to the Island. Two years later, he expanded again, purchasing a large percentage of "Morrison Realtors", his former Agency.
Jesse Briglia and Jesse Real Estate, Inc. continued to expand, and experienced rapid market share growth. From 1991 through 2004, Jesse's Rental Transactions Base has more than quadrupled in both number of rentals closed and gross rental dollars distributed. Sales Transactions continued to escalate, averaging one sold transaction every 2.08 days, surpassing One Half Billion Dollars in gross closed Corporate sales transactions, averaging $70,000,000 in annual sales during the last ten year period. For 2004, seven sales agents at Jesse Real Estate earned Bronze (3), Silver (3), and Gold Awards (1) as included members of the NJAR "Circle of Excellence" for their outstanding sales achievements.
Since 2004, Jesse Real Estate was ranked as Ocean City's Number #1 "single location office" for the number of Multi Million Dollar Award Winning Agents per office.
In 2005, six sales agents earned awards from Bronze (over $3,500,000) to Silver (over 7,500,000) and Gold (over $15,000,000). In 2006 and 2007, 75% of Jesse's Sales Agents earned Circle of Excellence awards for outstanding sales achievement.
On July 1, 2008, Jesse Real Estate became "RE/MAX Of Ocean City".....combining their 29 years of award-winning experience with the worldwide leadership of the RE/MAX Brand.....offering the finest professional real estate services available. In January of 2011....RE/MAX Of Ocean City, as it grew into 5 Ocean City offices, 2 Wildwood locations, and one office in Villas, NJ...changed its name to become "RE/MAX At The Shore" serving the entire South Jersey Shore Area.
ABOUT JESSE - PERSONALLY
Jesse grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and graduated in 1979 Magna Cum Laude from Glassboro State College (Now Rowan University), Glassboro, New Jersey.
Jesse is an passionate traveler, catching the travel "bug" at age 16 by spending his entire "Summer of 1973" with relatives in Italy and Sicily. His travels have since included a lengthy six week private tented Safari in Africa, a month-long journey through much of the Orient, including Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand, two visits to Polynesia, Tahiti, the Tuomotu Archipelagoes, Hawaii, Fiji, and numerous and extensive visits through much of Europe (including a wild week experiencing "Oktoberfest" in Munich, Germany), the Greek Islands, South America, and numerous trips to Mexico and many islands of the Caribbean. Since his children were born, their family vacations have included travels to Mexico, the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, The US & British Virgin Islands, The Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Fiji...and of course, the obligatory "Disney World". During the summers of 2008 and again in 2009, the Briglia family travels included private 8 day Charters aboard an 84' motor yacht "NSS Pattam", sailing throughout the British and US Virgin Islands. In 2010, the family again enjoyed visiting Cancun at Eastertime, the Bahamas in November, Steamboat Colorado over Christmas/New Years....and two different trips to Italy.
This past Easter Week 2011, the Briglia Family enjoyed travels to Grand Cayman in the Caribbean. This past June 2011...the family spent an extensive week mastering Orlando's Theme Parks (Disney, Sea World and Universal) and in August 2011, the Briglia's traveled again to the gorgeous islands of Tahiti in French Polynesia for 3 weeks....a combination of land and cruise travel, they visited Tahiti, Bora Bora, Moorea, Huahini, Raitea, Taha'a, and the Tuamoto Islands of Fakarava and Ragiroa. To complete 2011 and ring in the New Year 2012....the Briglia's had yet another "White Christmas" skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling in Steamboat, Colorado.
Jesse plays the Bass Guitar, and, aside from Real Estate, played professionally through his 20's and 30's in a Night Club Disco Dance Band. In 2008 he revived his love of music, and joined "Pure Joy", a 6 piece Dance Band entertaining in Night Clubs and Private Affairs throughout South Jersey.
In addition to traveling abroad, Jesse also enjoys Sailing, Yachting, Scuba Diving, Snow & Water Skiing, Broadway Shows, Comedy Clubs, Finance, Politics and Fine Wine. He loves experiencing a really good movie with his family in their hi-def Home Theater, and thoroughly enjoys their backyard swimming pool.
Jesse is an avid and seasoned real estate investor. His real estate investment portfolio is extensive and varied. He owns a number of residential and commercial properties in Ocean City, including 5 stores on the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. He also stocks an inventory of properties in other parts of New Jersey as well.
For quality "family time", his real passion is travel. He combined his love of travel with real estate investing....in addition to his other investments, he owns ten Vacation Rental Properties, and is a Platinum 5-Star Elite Owner with "The Starwood Vacation Ownership Program" .... owning two Villas in Hawaii at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Villas on Maui, one in the Bahamas at the Atlantis Resort, four 3BR Pool Villas on the Island of St. John at the Westin Resort in the US Virgin Islands, and three ski-in, ski-out mountainside chalets at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
